Existing customer wanting to change tariff
If you are an existing customer and want to switch to one of our current tariffs, please give us a call on 0113 451 0700 or email email@example.com
Some things to consider:
- If you have an exit fee attached to your current tariff, you will need to pay these charges to switch onto a new tariff unless you are within 49 days of your live date
- Tariffs are subject to change and although an alternative cheaper tariff may be printed on your bill we can't guarantee that this will be available when you call to action the change
- Please do not re-sign up on our web page if you wish to change your current tariff as this will not be completed and your tariff will not be changed.
