Existing customer wanting to change tariff?
If you are an existing customer, and want to switch to one of our current tariffs, please give us a call on 0113 451 0700.
We are currently unable to process this change on email or via your online portal. We know that this isn't ideal but as the market changes frequently, so do our tariffs.
Some things to consider:
- You may have an exit fee on your current tariff, or the new tariff that you wish to switch to could have an exit fee. Please check your bill to confirm this before requesting the change.
- Tariffs are subject to change and although an alternative cheaper tariff may be printed on your bill we can't guarantee that this will be available when you call to action the change.
- Please do not re-sign up on our web page if you wish to change your current tariff as this will not be completed and your Tariff will not be changed.
