I would like to renew my contract
If you have a tariff with us and are wanting to renew this, please give us a call on 0113 451 0700 in order to action as we are unable to process this change via email or your online portal. We know that this isn't ideal but as the market changes frequently, so do our tariffs.
Some things to consider:
- Within 30 to 49 days days of your current term coming to an end, you will be informed by us that you are in your renewal window. You will be emailed your renewal Tariff options. You will not be able to keep your exiting Tariff rates.
- If you are within your renewal window and your current Tariff has an exit fee, you will not be charged these fees to renew your Tariff with us or switch away to another supplier.
- Tariffs are subject to change and although an alternative cheaper tariff may be printed on your bill or renewal email, we can't guarantee that this will be available when you call to action the change.
- Please do not re-sign up on our web page if you wish to change your current tariff as this will not be completed and your Tariff will not be changed.
- If you do not take action to switch to a new fixed Tariff with us or switch to an alternative supplier, at the end of your term, you will be automatically switched to a Standard Variable Rate.
