How will you communicate with me?

In the time between when you've signed up to switch and when your supply starts, we’ll send you everything you need to know via email to keep you updated.

You should expect to receive:

  • A welcome email
  • An update on the switch
  • A meter read request
  • A reminder of when your Direct Debit is due to start
  • Confirmation that the switch is complete and your first bill has been taken

If there is an issue with the switch, we may need to get in touch with you to ask for some additional information.

You can expect to receive your first Energy Statement a month after the switch is complete.
