Can I switch to you if I have a prepayment meter?
We’d love to have you as a customer, but unfortunately, we’re not able to switch customers with prepayment meters at the moment. We hope to be able to do this soon, and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
If you really can’t wait to switch to us, then you could get in touch with your current supplier to enquire about getting a standard meter. As soon as that's fitted, you would be able to switch to us.
