Can I switch to you if I have a prepayment meter?
if you have a prepayment meter, you can not switch to us just yet. We hope to be able to do this later on this year along with our smart meter roll out.
If you really can’t wait to switch to us, then you could get in touch with your current supplier to inquire about getting a standard meter. As soon as that's fitted, you would be able to switch to us.
