Can I switch to you if I have a smart meter?
Yes, you can switch to us if you have a smart meter.
However, your smart meter will no longer function as it has done previously if you switch to us.
Until we go live with smart meters later on this year, you will need to manually send us your meter readings each month.
We'll keep all of our customers updated on our smart meter progress. Your In Home Display may also lose functionality, so ensure any readings you do give are taken from you meter.
