Can I switch to you if I have a smart meter?

The short answer is yes - you can switch to us if you have a smart meter.

However, depending on who your current supplier is, your smart meter may no longer function as it has done previously if you switch to us. All this means is that you will need to manually read it and send us your meter readings again until we provide you with a smart meter ourselves. We are planning to roll out smart meters in the future, and we'll keep all of our customers updated on this as we progress. Your In Home Display may also lose functionality, so ensure any readings you do give are taken from you meter.
