What should I do if I'm moving home, and want to leave YE?
If you're moving house and switching away from us, please let us know on the day of your move or just after. Unfortunately, we can't process a home move in advance.
To ensure we produce an accurate final bill for you, we’ll need your meter reading from the final day that you were liable for the property. Don't worry if you don't have this, we can produce you an estimated reading.
