Why can’t I submit a meter reading online?

It can take at least two weeks after you have signed up for all industry details to be uploaded to all of our systems. If your details have not yet been updated, you will not be able to submit meter readings online. You can email us your meter readings at help@ye.co.uk and we will be able to update them for you.
