I can't submit my opening meter readings

If you're unable to submit your opening meter readings on the online portal, it's likely that we're still waiting for all of your meter details to come through from the industry.
 

Gas details often take longer than electricity to come through, so don't worry if you go to enter your readings and you're unable to. 

 

Please keep trying to submit your readings on your online portal up to 5 days after your live date with us. If you're still unable to do so after this time, please email your readings to help@ye.co.uk or call 0113 451 0700 to speak directly to one of our friendly energy experts.
