Can I make a one-off payment?
If your account is building up a deficit, you may want to make a one-off payment to help reduce or clear the outstanding balance. Please note, making a one-off payment will not change your monthly direct debit payment.
To make a one-off payment, simply log in to the online portal and head to ‘Bills and Payments’. From here, you can enter the amount you'd like to pay and your card details. Payments can be made by Debit or Credit Card and are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Please be aware, your payment will initially appear as a "pending payment" and may not show on your live balance for up to 3 working days.
