What happens if I can't submit meter readings?
If you are unable to submit your next meter reading, or are away, don’t worry, we will simply bill you to estimate for that month, and then when you return to the property, please provide us with a new meter reading so we can revise your bill.
We advise that you submit meter readings at least once every 3 months so that we only bill you for the energy you use.
If we don’t receive any readings from you at all, we may need to get our third party partners to get some readings for us.
Providing monthly meter reads mean that you will always be charged for only the energy you use.
