I have received a final bill and it shows a credit balance

Please be assured, credit balances are being reimbursed by Scottish Power. 


If you have received the final bill then Scottish Power will have also been informed of the credit balance. We expect this will be added to your Scottish Power account or refunded by cheque (if you don't have a Scottish Power account) within 4 weeks of the final bill date. 


YE Staff cannot speed up this process or provide any update on your refund. Therefore, if you have already received your final bill you must address any further correspondence in relation to your reimbursement to Scottish Power directly since they are the ones responsible for paying this.
